Wish there was a zero rating!!! U could be laying on the floor, in cardiac arrest, and the staff would step over u like u didn’t exist. I’m disabled, unable to walk more than a few steps and I asked 3 store employees within 4 aisles for help finding.....not one made acknowledgement that I existed much less attempt to help me. Rode the scooter (which the store has more than ample supply for customers in need to use one but rarely have I found them available and if a couple are in the charging area, none have enough charge to get past the produce) to the CSR Desk and the two there what happened. Both told me the manager was handling other problems and I could wait to talk to the manager but had no idea when. I’ve written to Corporate twice about these issue and no response either time. I’ll drive 40 minutes to Salisbury, MD or Dover, DE and give my business to many other stores before I would use a mere eight minutes to get to Walmart of Georgetown, DE or any in Sussex County. Also prefer the higher price for better service at smaller, locally owned and highly invested in giving great service for my patronage. Would take major changes in staff attitude and assistance to customers for me to give Walmart of Georgetown and Sussex County one cent. I’ve talked to many friends who have had similar situations with Walmart stores and they have made the same choice...boycotting use of Walmart. Sad such ignorance comes from employees dependent on income from a major employer. Even more sad some customers have chosen to continue spending hard earned income on the worst of customer service and lack of concern for those buying goods which provide their own income.

Wal-Mart in Georgetown is never overly crowded and that goes for the customer service line also. Quick and easy help so far. It's bigger then my local one in laurel de. Also. Much more of a selection food and other products.

I ran in to get a Bluetooth headset for driving. Not crowded, but a lot of customers standing around in front of checkout lanes having conversations instead of checking out. Delayed my checking out for one item. Staff was typical. As if they were unhappy, but they needed a job.I get it-it's Walmart.
